Hiring for Regional Sales Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement regional sales plans in line with overall company
objectives, focusing on your assigned region within Maharashtra and Goa.
 Lead, motivate, and coach a team of store staff within your assigned region in
Maharashtra and Goa.
 Oversee all aspects of the sales process within your region, ensuring a seamless
and positive customer experience.
 Implement effective sales training programs to continuously improve team
performance.
 Analyse regional sales data and identify trends to inform strategic decision-making.
 Manage and optimize inventory levels for your assigned stores in Maharashtra and
Goa.
 Collaborate with the regional marketing team to develop and execute sales-driven
promotions within your assigned region.
 Build strong relationships with key customers within your assigned region.

Qualifications:
 Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the retail
jewellery industry.
 Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
 Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
 Ability to coach and develop a high-performing sales team.

 Analytical mind with a strong understanding of sales data interpretation.
 Experience in managing inventory and optimizing stock levels.
 In-depth knowledge of the jewellery market within your assigned region in
Maharashtra and Goa.
