- GPON / FTTH Knowledge.
- SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) knowledge – Basic of SIP, SIP call messages, SIP Call flow.
- SBC (Session Border Controller)/ Voice Gateway knowledge – Basics level of knowledge, SBC working, Experience on SBC vendor- Ribbon etc.
- IP PBX knowledge – IP PBX working.
- Switch level experience- Switch product of Juniper and Huawei etc.
- Communication Skills
