HR Recruiter

Job Description:

We seek a dynamic HR Recruiter primarily focusing on talent acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talented individuals to meet our organization's staffing needs. you will play a vital role in various other HR functions to support our employees and promote a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with candidates.
  
  
• Onboarding and Orientation:
• Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including paperwork completion and orientation sessions.
• Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their roles and the organization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruiting roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
