Job Description

1. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives.
2. Prepare and manage budgets, daily cash flow statements, and control mechanisms to ensure financial stability and growth.
3. Generate monthly management information system (MIS) statements for accurate financial reporting and analysis.
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including GST, PF, and other statutory requirements, liaising with external vendors as necessary.
5. Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate with auditors during the audit process.
6. Maintain a strong focus on financial controls and risk management, with keen attention to detail.
7. Utilize strong analytical skills to identify financial trends and opportunities for improvement.
8. Stay updated on financial laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
