Roles and Responsibilities:

● Meet Allotted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas) ● Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counseling team ● Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey ● Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counselors ● Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings ● Report & Data Management ● Implement Organizational Values, Goals & objectives within the team ● Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets ● Pipeline forecast & Management ● Identify, analyze and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors Bonus: ● Existing relationships with Universities / Colleges ( Within India or Abroad) ● If also involved in Business Development activities Ideal Persona: ● The candidate should be from Counseling Industry (Mandatory) ● Min 7+ years of experience in Counselling in overseas education. ● In-depth knowledge of at least 2 countries ( USA / UK / Canada) ● Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines ● Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences ● 4-5+ years of experience in leading a team of counselors ● Experience in working with CRMs ( such as Zoho, Salesforce, etc..) is desirable. ● Excellent in written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences ● Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred) ● Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools. ● Expertise in time management, analytical and organizational skills along with prior experience in Team Management Good to Have ● Experience of owning a P&L of a Branch / Team ● Experience in working with external partners or Sub-agents ● Experience in conducting webinars / Road Shows / Seminars Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast and operates with extreme ownership.
