Job Description:
- Responsible for the production of moulded parts as per given quality norms ,meet production target within the defined resources.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering and Product Support Engineering teams to ensure the highest level of product quality and consistent material availability.
- Coordinating and job allocation to M/Cs and subordinates, Trouble shooting of process and Equipment, Training of the employees & Work force, Tooling and Process Development, Preparation & Execution of Preventive Maintenance schedules.
Develop a team oriented production environment focused on process improvement and continuous waste elimination
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates Must be B.tech Mechanical with 3-5 Year Experience in Injection moulding Production
Good Communication skills
