Retailer Assistants
Job Description:
Description: We are in search of three experienced Retailer Assistants with expertise in menswear, particularly Sherwani and Indo-Western attire. The ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of experience in retail sales, along with a strong understanding of mens ethnic fashion.
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience for clients
. • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing mens ethnic wear, including Sherwani and Indo-Western outfits.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including arranging merchandise displays.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. •
• Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail management is a plus.
• Proven experience (3-4 years) in retail sales, preferably in menswear or fashion retail.
• Knowledge of mens ethnic fashion, specifically Sherwani and Indo-Western attire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work during retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
