Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

   • Monitor inventory levels of jewelry and related products.
   • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
   • Ensure accurate recording of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
   • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.
   • Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock.

2. Computer Operations:

   • Utilize computer systems and inventory management software for tracking inventory movements, sales, and purchases.
   • Input and maintain accurate data in the inventory management system.
   • Generate reports on inventory levels, sales trends, and stock movement.
   • Troubleshoot any issues related to the computer system or software.

3. Sales Support:

   • Assist sales associates in locating merchandise and updating availability in the system.
   • Ensure that displays and showcases are adequately stocked and organized.
   • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
   • Provide support during peak sales periods and promotional events.

4. Quality Control:

   • Inspect incoming merchandise for quality and accuracy.
   • Ensure that products meet the established quality standards.
   • Address any quality concerns or issues promptly.

5. Communication and Collaboration:

   • Liaise with other departments such as sales, finance, and procurement to streamline inventory processes.
   • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations.

6. Security and Safety:

   • Maintain a secure and safe working environment for merchandise.
