Job Description:
Milling Operator
Set up of CNC milling machines and manufacturing of single or mass parts according drawing
under consideration of the tolerances and part requirements.
Ensure order and cleanliness in assigned area of responsibility.
Experience in 5-axis Milling machines and on INTEGREX CNC Turning machine is an added
advantage.
Independently work off of defined work processes (machine set up sheet)
Simply modification of CNC programs
Monitoring of the cutting tools
Correction of tool and datum offset data’s
Maintenance of the CNC machine
Acknowledgement of production optimization to the CAM department/team leader
Qualification and Experience
Diploma in Tool & Die making – 4 years.
Minimum 3 years practical experience milling and lathe machines.
