▪ Collection of Data on Architects, Builders
▪ Approaching the architects, builders for enquiring prospects of having business.
▪ Introducing company, its product to customer through power point presentation, pamphlets distributions.
▪ Understanding customer requirement of Elevator & Escalator. ▪ Survey on customer sites to ascertain the suitability of our product.
▪ Taking measurements of shafts and submitting to design for layout preparation/ BOM.
▪ Submission of quotes/ enquires without error and submit to the customer on time in coordination with HO marketing.
▪ Clarifying the queries of the customer.
▪ Negotiating with the customer on price and closing.
▪ Getting the drawing approval from the customer.
▪ Co-ordination with the customer on post sales activities.
▪ Payment follow/Collection ▪ Customer interface after sales
▪ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
▪ Provide MIS to reporting manager ▪ Adherence to ISO process & system
