Job Description:

Designation - Sales Engineer 

Location - Worli, Mumbai (Majorly on field work)

Working Days - Monday to Saturday 

Timings - 10.00 Am to 6:30 Am 

 

The role shall emphasize in bringing in sales and Installation solutions among Construction, Industrial, Hospitality and healthcare projects in Maharashtra and Gujrat for HVAC specifically in Air Cooled / Water Cooled Chillers, Packaged ACs, Ducted ACs, VRF Systems, with the growth of our market share with key and target customers in the region and driving the business to a defined volume.

Responsibilities:

  • Should have an understanding and knowledge of HVAC product portfolio (AHU, FCU, Chillers, VRF, Packaged, Ducted ACs) including low side works and will work closely with the customers to meet their expectations in order to close the new opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Psychometrics, P & ID, Chilled Water systems. Pumps, Cooling Towers.
  • Will qualify and work closely along with our internal pre-sales expertise to have the right techno-commercial solutions for the projects with customers.
  • Products selections, Prepares technical and commercial proposals for the customers and direct tenders.
  • Liaise with Execution and application engineer during the design stage and commercial proposals.
  • Should demonstrate his expertise by differentiating competitors, leveraging his market understanding, sales strategies, products and services.
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationship with the Consultants, customers and identifies ways to anticipate customer needs.
  • Should be determined and consistent in his approach to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously by planning and time management skills.

Requirement:

  • Diploma / bachelor’s in mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience focused on sales and installation solutions for HVAC
  • Working knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Customer focused and ability to build relationship with Consultants & Customers.
  • Organization skills and ability for multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Determined, results and self-driven, maturity and high team spirit are essential qualities to succeed in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
