Job Description:

Required Skill set
1) Well versed with CAD Drawings preparations
2) Office Administration.
3) Vendor Management and Procurement
4) Good written and spoken communication skills.
5) Good interpersonal skills.
6) Well versed with Autocad MS Office.
Functions & Responsibilities
1) Preparing office layout and BOQ and floating the same with vendors.
2) Provided detailed product orders based on project drawings and technical
specifications.
3) To communicate with internal stakeholders, vendors for finalization of office layouts/
BOQ/Purchase orders and taking necessary approvals.
4) Procurement of assets for interior projects/office requirement.
5) Identifying new vendors and doing rate contract.
6) To achieve project completion as per deadlines by coordinating with vendor and
Infra team.
7) Issuance of Purchase order, Checking quality of work, Verification/Meas of bills as
per BOQ specification, etc.
8) Keep record and implement measures to improve quality level and control cost.
9) Preparing site survey reports and doing site surveys.
10) Maintaining project tracker.
