Our company is hiring for a cutter. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.
Responsibilities for cutter
- Ability to work a flexible schedule according to seasonal demands
- Follow assigned Job and use the Cutting Machine or Tool assigned by the Cutting Room Lead to perform the Job and report its completion
- Perform checks during Job processing to insure that wire, tubing or sleeving being cut meet the length requirements
- Evaluate the condition of manufacturing tools and machines and report non-conformance to the supervisor
- Create production ready natural and silicone rubber molds using standard mold making techniques and equipment to support the lost wax casting process
- Inspection of models, molds and resulting waxes for defects, wear, damage
- Provide input and assist with resolving waxing process problems
- Prove out all molds produced using standard wax injection equipment
- Participates in 5S activities and ensures a clean and safe work environment is maintained
- Performs all duties according to established safety and efficiency procedures
