Job Description:
Position: Industrialization Manager
Location: Daman
Experience: 15 - 20 Years
Industries: FMCG
Responsibilities:
- Product Cost Preparation (BOM, Process Map, Manpower and Capex Estimates)
- Industrialization: Completion of line/equipment setup as per project schedule Industrialization of NPI/PM
- Managing Modifications and ECN activities
- Validations (Ensure the VMP is followed and all IQ,OQ,PQ completed on time) by managing VMP tracker
- Ensure PPAP documentation for NPI
- Driving Process Improvement initiatives with Kaizen/Lean.
- Feasibility review for the new products
Required Skills:
- (Technical/Product, Organizational and Interpersonal)
- Understanding of CAPEX Planning, Layouts, Process Engineering, PFMEA, Lean.
- Molds Management & Injection Process
- Equipment Development
- Good in communication
Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech/Diploma - Mechanical/Electrical
Salary :- Upto 24.00 LPA
