Job Description:
Designation: Senior Engineer (Male or Female)
Education: BE/DME
Experience : 7-8 years
Job Skill required:
1 Person should be aware & practice IATF 16949 / TPM, QMS System.
2 Well Knowledge about PPAP & DR Documentation.
3 Should be aware about PFMEA, FMEA, QA & QM Matrix, and Control Plan.
4 Best analytical ability
5 Very good knowledge about molding, vibration welding, Ultrasonic welding & process inspection
6 He should be aware Plastic raw material & testing of Raw material
7 He should aware about testing equipment like UTM,MFI,Izod Impact, Drop Impact, Moisture Analyzer & specific gravity tester
8 Well konwledge about assembly & Child part inspection
9 Defect analysis konwledge (FTA,Why-Why,Cause & Effect diagram,7QC Tools)
10 Monthly report Preparation & ppt preparation.
