Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years in HVAC Industrial Sales to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the HVAC industry, industrial sales strategies, and proven success in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the HVAC industrial sector.
    • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to formulate effective marketing strategies.
  2. Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
  3. Brand Management:

    • Maintain and enhance the company's brand image in the HVAC industrial sector.
    • Develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and ensure consistency in brand messaging.
  4. Digital Marketing:

    • Oversee the company's online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
    • Implement digital marketing strategies to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  5. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the HVAC industrial sector.
    • Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
  6. Event Management:

    • Plan and execute industry-specific events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
    • Coordinate participation in relevant exhibitions and sponsorships.
  7. Sales Support:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, presentations, and promotional materials.
    • Provide training and support to the sales team on new product launches and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC industrial sales with a focus on marketing.
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  4. Strong understanding of the industrial sales process and the HVAC market.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
  7. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed.
