• Experience in Handling End to End Recruitment cycle
• Good communication & writing skills
• Hands-on experience on Onboarding Activities
• Recruitment done for BFSI Domain is beneficial Yrs of Experience: At-least 2-5 years of relevant work experience as per above criteria JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description: The job would involve the following (but not restricted to):
• Managing End to End recruitment cycle.
• Handling Induction, Onboarding
• Handling Employee Engagement
