Business Analyst for Coimbatore location

Job Description:

• Role: Business Analyst
• Experience: 4+ Yrs as BA
• CTC: 1.5x from experience. (If the candidate deserves to be more than this we can give it a try).
• Location – Coimbatore (Work from office).
• Immediate or less than 15 days is preferable.
• Required skills: Requirement gathering/elicitation, analysis, user story preparation, documentation experience, client discussion
• Data analysis is also an additional advantage.

 Core Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
2. Elicit requirements - Uncover the underlying business issues that need to be addressed and discover any
information related to the project.
3. Analyse the requirements – Organizing, specifying and modelling the requirements to ensure they are
complete and unambiguous.
4. Ensuring that the documentation of the requirements is in a layout and format that can be easily shared
with and understood by stakeholders.
5. Making sure that the requirements map to the business need being addressed, they are approved by all
the appropriate stakeholders /Product owners / Managers and that they meet with relevant quality
standards.
6. Documentation : Prepare detailed reports, documents (BRD, FSD, User Stories) and presentations to
communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
7. Should communicate with different teams to articulate the user story, business and technical requirements
and document it in the appropriate format/information required, also clarifying the team queries (Team
player) skill is an advantage.
8. Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation and Identify
opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and suggest process improvements.
9. Must have experience on grooming.
10. Quality assurance: Assist in ensuring data accuracy and quality by performing data validation and integrity checks.
11. Market Research: Research industry and market trends to provide valuable insights for decision- making.
12. Manage project through status meetings, weekly reports, identifying risks, and tracking issues.
13. Should be responsible and manage the project management/issue tracking tools such as "JIRA, Devops
etc.,
14. Build and maintain strong business relationships with all stakeholders and designated contacts, to share
business system and domain knowledge.
15. Basic agile knowledge is needed.

Knowledge of Tools
1. Setup the workflow and sage of different project tracking tools, requirement tracking like JIRA, Azure Dev
Ops.
2. Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
3. Visio – BPMs
4. Mock-up: Balsmiq, Pencil, Sketch

1. Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical teams and be able to present to senior
stakeholders
