Observation of Lab trial at R&D and Pilot plant for process optimization & scale up
Preparation of Mass balance, energy balance for the R&D & pilot plant process.
Understanding & Preparation of PFD, P&ID & Cause & effect matrix for process.
Preparation of Standard operation procedure, Operation control Philosophy document for plant processes.
Preparation of Scale up report for process.
Understanding of MSDS, Process safety & workplace safety Practices.
Assisting the Process lead for collecting the R&D & Pilot data for process troubleshooting.
Good understanding of various unit operation & process.
Preferred if hands on experience of Simulation Software like- ASPEN, MIXIT, DYNOCHEM, CHEMCAD.
