Production Manager Molding

Job Description:

Overseeing production related tasks including planning,

control and trouble shooting in Injection Moulding M/c. Insure the utilization of Mirror & Air filter assy.

Setting up production targets and achieving the same within time. Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve pre-set production targets.

Undertaking resource planning for optimizing man & machine utilization, reducing wastes for enhancing productivity and profitability.

Implementing major cost savings strategies, productivity enhancements and improvements.

Ensuring complete in-process quality control & continuous improvement in process capabilities.

Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates must be CIPET / B.tech Mechanical with 12-15 Year Experience in Injection molding production

• Responsibility of operational Production Planning.
• Holding all responsibilities related with production, assembly.
• Heading a team of experienced Engineers,Supervisors & Foreman and around 150 workers on shop floor.
• Preparation of shop floor operation plan, moulding quality targets, job motivational aspects for employees.
• Responsibility of Quality Plastic Processing through all Injection Molding Machines.
• Management & Job Distribution to Supervisors,Line Utilizing all available resources Viz. Machine, Mould, Material and Manpower.
