Job Description:
- Knowledge of End-to-End recruitment and joining process.
- Knowledge of Training & Development
-Knowledge of Payroll Management System
- Knowledge of Statutory compliances
- Knowledge of Time keeping function.
- Knowledge of Admin related work
- 70% would be Operations & 30% business Partnering. Exposure to Management of Payroll & Statutory compliance through an outsourced partner is a must. The company has employees at Multiple locations & this role holder has to facilitate HR services to all those locations.
- Knowledge of Contract Labour Management
