• Managing a team and Handling sales of Salaried personal loan through mode of Open Market.
• Achieve contributed value targets set for the Branches.
• Multiple Branch Handling
• Ensure sales volumes for Salaried personal loan product, sourcing quality & underwriting diligence to meet sales
targets while controlling delinquencies and frauds.
• Provide superior customer experience
• Minimize pre & post disbursal discrepancies.
• Monthly Branch Visits and Handling team of Territory Managers.
