Job Description:
- Setting and meeting sales targets. Ensuring great sales and profitability is paramount.
- To design and implement a marketing plan for the store.
- To oversee all the other staff and will be responsible for training and Supervising staffs.
- To ensure maximum customer satisfaction and regularly interacting with customers.
- To ensure maximum security of the stock.
- To update the management about the store.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Liaising with head office.
