Job Description:
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, or other outreach methods. 
  • Identify and qualify leads to determine their level of interest and buying potential. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company & products or services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. 
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations or demonstrations to showcase the benefits of the company's offerings. 
  • Address customer questions and objections to move them towards a purchase decision. 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers. 
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into loyal customers. 
  • Manage and update customer information, sales leads, and opportunities in the company& CRM system. 
  • Track and report on sales activities, goals, and outcomes regularly. 
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to secure profitable deals. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop customized sales strategies. 
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas. 
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve personal and team sales goals. 
  • Provide post-sales support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. 
  • Serve as a liaison between the customer and other departments, such as customer service and product development. 
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities. 
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager or leadership team. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). 
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in inside sales or a similar role. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to effectively use sales tools and CRM software. 
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills. 
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. 
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and evolve with changing market dynamics. 
  • Attention to detail and organization. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturday Off)
