Job Description:
- Continuously monitoring /Tracking the reputation of the company on various outlets, e.g. social media, search engines, blogs & social communities, consumer & complaint forums etc
- Responsible for tracking and analysing online content and social media handles for managing the company's reputation.
- Connect, converse and engage with the target audience on all the social media platforms on behalf of the brand.
- Manage all reviews and take the necessary steps to curb inappropriate content.
- Promptly respond to negative comments, feedback, and complaints within the specified turn-around time, thus making the user's journey with the brand worthwhile.
- Coordinate with customer service, product, and corporate communications teams in terms of campaign and crisis management.
- Following up with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints within TAT
- Utilizing sophisticated Online and Offline Techniques to promote Positive and Neutral Comments
- Maintaining Weekly, monthly, and Quarterly Reports
- Analyse online statistics; overall trends and subsets by Sites/Rating/Keywords, identify on-going trends and identify potential mitigation solutions.
- Coordinate the monthly performance review and recommendations.
Required Profile:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in ORM
- Have in-depth knowledge of social listening and ORM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and proficiency with MS Office, Google sheets and CX tools.
- Must be a team player and possess strong research skills
- Have an understanding of search engine behaviours, social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etc
- Willing to work from the office and can work in rotational shifts
- Six days a week working
- Rotational shifts (Weekdays- Morning Shift – 9 Am to 6 PM / Afternoon Shift – 11 AM to 8 PM)
- Sunday holiday. (Weekends Shift timing - 10 AM to 7 PM)
