Job Description:

As an integral member of technology team, responsible to manage QA activities for pan India
with QA head with highly effective partner management skills

DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITY
ES
1. Assist in deploying/upgradation Caching node with Cores which involves Caching
content analysis, IP schema planning, establishing connectivity between core and nodes
like Central content server, Management access and IT nodes like DNS etc.
2. Co-ordination with NOC and Field teams for support on customer problems, Fault
restoration of BNG, core switches and routers within SLA.
3. New process enablement and implementation for core.
4. Taking pro-active measures on capacity augmentation for all core devices.
5. Coordinate with vendors for new feature deployment, testing and POC.
6. Co-ordination with Application and IT teams for new feature POC and deployment.
7. Project management for any new project related to core.

1. Safeguard the organization’s processes and policies.
2. Strict adherence to SOP and the defined processes
3. Encourage consistent and continuous compliance is followed by all employees and
vendors with safety and regulatory requirements, standards and protocols

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Good knowledge on routing protocols like IS-IS and BGP, L2TP.
2. Hands on experience on traffic shaping, redundancy planning on PE and ILL routers.
3. Knowledge on L2 and L3 VPN configuration in routers and switches.
4. Knowledge on PPPoE, IPOE, DNS, AAA, call flows and configuration in BNGs from
different OEMs like Juniper, Nokia and Huawei.
5. Knowledge on RADIUS call flow and parameter understanding.
6. Good communication skills.
7. Knowledge on scripting, automation methods will be added advantage.
8. Knowledge of project management.
