Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the customer demands and responsible engaging with business subject matter experts and process owners to understand business issues and elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements for customer demands/projects

- Develop business process diagrams, business rules, use cases and prototypes and design data processing and data models
