Logistic Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan, manage, and optimize import and export logistics, warehousing, and transportation for dental implant products.
• Handle end-to-end import processes, including customs clearance, documentation, and compliance.
• Liaise, negotiate, and maintain quality relationships with distributor, retailers, and customers.
• Monitor stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs; resolve issues as they arise.
• Supervise and train warehouse workforce, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Set and achieve cost, productivity, and timeliness targets.
• Analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and ISO requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's degree a plus.
• 3 years of experience in import and export operations, preferably in medical/dental sector.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with ISO standards.
• Fluent in English.
