Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

 Pilot batches planning and execution with safety guidelines
 Carry out pilot operations with handling of all equipment’s and utilities.
 Batch record maintaining and timely reporting, safety and Hazop studies
 Observation of lab trials and execute same operations in pilot plant.
 Generate process data with respective engineering aspects. i.e. Exotherms, Utility
Load, Equipment design etc.
 Technology transfer documentation on pilot scale i.e. Process flow diagram, Mass
balance, Volume data, Equipment mapping, P&, Process MOC, HAZOP related
documents, Chemical compatibility and matrix data.
 Demonstrate batches to plant at the time of new product and continuously support
to plant regarding technical problem.
 Handle modifications and arrangement of equipment for new pilot process.
Timely updating of Pilot plant P&;ID,PFD.
Review of Batch manufacturing record for the process.
 Preparation of pilot campaign learning reports.
