JD of Executive Assistant
Reporting to Chief Managing Director

Responsibilities: -
? Maintain Appointment Dairy
? Prepare presentation for internal and external meetings
? Coordinate with HOD’s and employees for various action points
? Minute every internal meeting with relevant action points and follow up for
actions
? Any other task assigned by the chairman from time to time.
? Travel coordination, payment coordination and follow ups on assignments.
? Manage appointments, follow up actions and communicate agendas for
meetings to concerned people.
? Be the face of the office of the Chairman and handle it with utmost honesty,
confidentiality and sincerity.
? Require to handle clients and prepare response for their mail on behalf of the
organization
Requirement: -
? Must be Graduate in any stream with minimum of 7 years of experience in as
a EA/PA
? Must have excellent verbal & written communication skill.
? Proper Knowledge of Ms Excel, Ms Powerpoint etc.
Salary Range: upto 70000/- per month
