Overall product portfolio management of tile adhesive & waterproofing including technical documentation, product performance evaluation, new product introduction, competition product analysis, third party and internal testing of products, training to internal & external stakeholders, setting up SOPs, closely working with R & D, application instructions, trouble shooting on selected key project site
new product introduction based on organized studies, deciding to go to market approach, documentations, product testing, marketing collaterals
