Job Description:
Position: Production Planning & Delivery Managers
Qualification: Graduate from any stream
Gender- Only Male candidates preferred
Experience: minimum 5 years
Skills:
- Aggregate production planning of looms, Embroidery machine & processing
- Fabric dyeing (Jet & Jigger) based on Machinery, order, design & capacity constraints
- Giving weekly, fortnightly plan for above to make sure maximum production efficiency is achieved with less WIP & deliveries move time to time
- Checking with sales team on any priorities & fulfilling the same
- Planning with logistic on vessels
- Monitor & control all production dept to ensure that plan is successfully implemented & take necessary action in case of deviation.
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Plan a production schedule for the job.
- Implement and control the production schedule.
- Monitor the production processes, review & adjust schedules as needed;
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Determine the human resources required
- Determine the material resources required
- Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
- Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to
- Prepare and maintain production reports
- Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
- Ensure that the production is cost effective;
- Draft a timescale for the job;
- Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers;
- Review worker performance;
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing timescales with managers
- Supervising the work of junior staff
- Supply Chain Management
- Making sure that production and delivery is in sync
- Minimize WIP & Inventory stock.
- Review customer orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities
- Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
- Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
- Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.
- Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
- Serve as primary contact for customer concerns & escalation
- Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
- Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations.
- proactively manage dependencies, overcome obstacles and get the best value against constraints
- Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
