Divisional Business manager 3 wheeler(SOT) loans- Vadodara , Kurnool , Udaipur, Gaya
Job Description:
1. Budget & Profitability
? Ensure business targets, disbursement growth and budget fulfillment for the division.
? Drive profitability and ensure healthy portfolio.
? Ensure cost maintenance and reduction.
? Regular planning to achieve business budget.
? Reviewing the target v/s achievements on a day to day basis of the division under
control
? To maintain and achieve targeted IRR
2. Team Management
? Manpower allocation as per the business requirements at divisional level in
discussion with Circle Head.
? Regular training of team on process standardization, process adherence through
methods of Daily Work Management
? Timely communication to the teams on various new policies / guidelines and
schemes.
? Appraisal of team members as per organization timelines and regular feedback to the
team by means regional reviews.
? Identifying skill gaps & continue training , mentoring & guiding the team
? Conducting various engagement and Reward and recognition activities for team in
coordination with HR in regular basis.
? Flow of market information from DM to CM
3. Relationship Management
? Develop relationships with OEMs, Dealers, to achieve business budget.
? Monthly Meeting with the OEMs & Dealers to ensure improvement in market share of
non-active/low market share dealers and OEMs for business.
? To develop process through effective MIS Management for evaluation of dealer
performances in terms volume, quality and market share.
? To ensure initiation of various incentive schemes for team and R&R for Dealer
salesman.
? Regular visit for developing relationships with Dealers of SOT products
? Fraud Vigilance
