Job Description:
1) Manage a team of sales officers and guide them in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
2) Floor manager will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service by monitoring follow-up on customer orders and responses to customer enquiries.
3) Assigning targets to the sales team and ensuring these targets are achieved
4) Interacting with customers to understand their needs, resolving customer complaints if any. Explain the features and benefits of different types of jewellery available at Tanishq to our customers.
5) Train members of the sales team on policies
Retail Sales experience is mandatory
