Job Description:

Job Summary: As a Sales Executive specializing in IT Training, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting our comprehensive training courses to corporate houses. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, understanding their training needs, and presenting them with customized training solutions to upskill their workforce. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Development:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and key decision-makers.
    • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales strategies.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in corporate organizations.
    • Understand clients' training needs and challenges to propose tailored IT training solutions.
    • Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our training programs.
  3. Sales Process Management:

    • Manage end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales follow-up.
    • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements in collaboration with the sales team and management.
  4. Collaboration with Training Team:

    • Collaborate with the training team to ensure a smooth handover of client requirements and expectations.
    • Communicate client feedback and training demands to improve the training offerings continuously.
  5. Market Intelligence:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market dynamics to gain a competitive edge.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance our training portfolio.
