Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Architect with a strong background in interior design to join our team. As an Experienced Architect with Interior Design Expertise, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing architectural and interior design projects for residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, vision, and budget constraints for architectural and interior design projects.
- Develop comprehensive architectural plans, construction drawings, and interior design concepts that integrate both structural and aesthetic elements.
- Provide expert guidance and support in material selection, color schemes, lighting design, and furniture layouts to achieve the desired design outcomes.
- Coordinate and liaise with contractors, builders, and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of architectural and interior design plans.
- Take a lead role in project management, overseeing all phases of the project from conceptualization to completion, while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and building codes related to architecture and interior design.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and interior designers, fostering their professional growth.
- Strong proficiency in architectural software (such as AutoCAD, Revit) and interior design software (such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).
