  • Sales Support/Debtor Management
    • Sales order placement, goods return, billing
    • Calculation, Issue of Credit/Debit Note
    • Scheme Calculation and Closure
    • Collection Follow-up with Customer/ Balance Confirmation Follow-up/Debtor Reconciliation

 

  • Expense Management/Vendor Management
    • Processing of Vendor/Employee Expenses
    • Preparation of PO/ Doing MIGO & MIRO and Processing Vendor Payment
    • Statutory Compliance of GST, TDS, PF, P. Tax

 

  • Cash & Bank Management
    • Petty Cash Management
    • Bank Payment Request & Reconciliation
    • Channel Finance Management & Coordination with Bank & Branches

 

  • Dispatch, Billing & Material Handling
    • Coordination with Factory/Warehouse for Orders & Dispatches
    • Commercial Vehicle Management
    • Support in material loading and unloading and payment of freight
    • Issue of E-way bill
    • Stock management & Verification

 

  • Sales Planning, Budgeting & MIS
    • Sales Planning in Coordination with Branch Manager
    • MIS of Sales Budget Vs Actual
    • MIS of Expenses-Actual Vs Budget
    • Other MIS as required by HO.

     • Commercial Operations with Knowledge of Branch Workings as must.
