Job Description:

Take ownership of the projects and ensure end to end implementation to client’s satisfaction.

 Make proposal presentations and should be able to present the same to the clients. 

Create a sales pipeline through Inbound and outbound cold calls, Reference / Network. 

Develop sales/ business by add new clients and as well as from existing clients.

Develop innovative sales strategies and set the best quotes.

Coordinate with External and internal teams at the time of event for smooth execution.

Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success. -

Achieve given targets on time. - Monthly/Quarterly target if not achieved should be Carry forward to next month or next quarter along with the strategy for achieving the same if not able to achieve then need to find the reason with the help from seniors to figure it out. 

Required Serious efforts for the same If not then need to find out the way/solution as soon as to achieve the target. - Follow the appropriate client approval protocols. 

Ensure all payments are received on time from the clients. - Manage client escalations with minimum involvement of Higher Management. 

Maintain database of contact information. 

Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience. 

Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.External & Internal team meetings pre / on / post event so avoids last minute issues. - Analyse the event’s success and prepare reports. - Follow up after the event by asking for feedback, referrals and future business. - Share work of the day and update in the daily report sheet
