Job Description:

 

  • Enquiry Generation through Customer visits, participation in Exhibitions, interacting with Industry
    personnel
    ? Responding to Enquiries received through phone, email, customer referrals, industry referrals
    ? Submission of Techno – Commercial Offer
    ? Demonstration of the Tools & Machines at Customers premises or in the office
    ? Following up with Customer by Phone, Email and Direct Visit
    ? Negotiation & finalization of Orders
    ? Ensuring the Material ordered by the Customer is delivered to them as agreed
    ? Collection of Payment & C – Forms
    ? Responding to Customer complaints
    ? Providing Operation & Maintenance Training to the Customer/his operators
    ? Submitting Daily Reports to the Management
    ? Preparation of Monthly Sales Plan, Travel Plan, Collection Plan and ensuring the implementation of the
    same regularly.
    ? Collecting Market intelligence / Competitor information and submitting the same to the Management.
    ? Supporting in marketing activities like attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
    ? Visiting New Customers, new territories and new applications in order to grow the sales and expand the
    market.

    Managerial Roles
    ? Sales Analysis for the Region
    ? Identifying the potential markets and applications and focusing our resources to these areas.
    ? Competition Gap Analysis – Collecting of Competitor Information from the market and analyzing the same.
    ? Enquiry/ Lead Management in the Region
    ? Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with the Material manufacturers, Machine Builders,
    Consultants etc.,
    ? Preparation of the Sales Plan and effectively implementing the same
    ? Guiding & Supporting the Sales Executives in the Region in their work
    ? Reporting of Sales, Collection, C-Form Status & Other developments

 

Managerial Roles

  • Sales Analysis for respective Region.
  • Identifying the potential markets and appointing distributors and focusing our resources to these areas.
  • Preparation of the Sales Plan and effectively implementing the same.
  • Organizing Promotional Activities such as Exhibitions, Road shows etc.

 

The candidate should have worked in the field of selling plastic joining equipment’s, Preferably in Ultrasonics welding, High frequency welding ,Vibrations ,Heat stacking and spin welding machines.

 

Additional Requirements- The candidates should have catered to the below segments of market

 

 Automotive, medical, electronics, aerospace ,  Technical Textiles and Home Appliances and others.

 

Education: BE or Diploma in  Mech/Electrical
