Job Description:

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

  1. Coordinating with managers to identify staffing needs.
  2. Determining selection criteria.
  3. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
  4. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  5. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using suitable Applicant Tracking Systems
  6. Design job descriptions and interview questions that relate each position’s requirements
  7. Lead employer branding initiatives
  8. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  9. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  10. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

 

 Requirements and skills :

  1. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  2. Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  3. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  4. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  7. Bachelors in Human Resources Management or relevant ield, MBA is a plus
