DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the entire IT system of the company.
- Strict adherence to the IT policies and procedures.
- Taking care of IT Operations, IT Infrastructure.
- Security Management, (Wifi, LAN, WAN)
- Knowledge of Payment Gateways/ Online Reservation booking systems/Digital concepts
- Working knowledge of SAP/Opera/ MICROS/ RAMCO/ LOTUS Notes
- Working knowledge of software development.
- Server Management
- Configuration and setup protocol TCP/IP.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of Email in lotus note.
- SAP, Process Management, Vendor Management
- Installation of and configuration of windows servers, 2008, 2012 including DHCP, Domain, Active Directory, DNS Server.
- Managing networks and PABX operations.
- Configure of Hotel Management Software, identification of user requirement and carry out the customization of site.
- Installation of network, client PC & printers. Internet (Broadband) and wifi.
- Desktop /technical support to in house guest for internet and etc.
- Managing Security Surveillance System CCTV-Camera.
- Installation of network, client, PC & Printers.
- Ensure Compliance to the IT policy of the Company
- Working knowledge of telephone exchange systems

- Through understanding of IT concepts, software and hardware’s.

- Problem solving approach and ability to generate ideas and solutions
