Assistant Manager - TA and HR Business Partner, Pune
Job Description:
Responsible for a region & SPOC for all the HR related activities within the region
Ensure HO recruitment & campus hiring as per quarterly and annual plan- ongoing
On boarding, joining formalities smooth transition within the respective team
Responsible for smooth management of PMS cycle, timely review of the performance along with the line manager
Conducting open houses (twice a year) for updating latest strategic changes across the organization
Track and control quarterly attrition
Identifying high performers along with the line managers in the region & facilitating the R&R
Conduct exit interviews and capture reason and other data points for analysis and retain employees
Address issues through HR helpdesk in portal or any other means (mail/call/in person) raised by respective regional employees or managers
Finalizing the manpower for respective departments
Hiring as per the guidelines & within the tat
Ensure all annual goals for all quarters are set in the system, tat/ accuracy
Ensure timely closure of the performance review in the system
Track and control quarterly attrition
Ensure mgmt. Of star of the quarter as part of recognition platform on quarterly basis
