Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Team Lead/Manager-Sales for a reputed real estate company in Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Doha location.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, manage and oversee sales strategy.
  • Build and coach a high performing team.
  • Onboard and manage developer relationships. 
  • Provide Market intelligence to the senior leadership team. 
  • Drive revenue generation for the specific region/project.
  • Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the real estate market.
  • Provide location and project training to the team.
  • Generate, qualify leads and prospect for new business.
  • Source and develop client referrals.

  • A Valid passport
  • No history of being deported/blacklisted from UAE/Qatar
  • Prior work experience in the UAE/Qatar
  • Have lived in the UAE/Qatar in the past
  • Have family in the UAE/Qatar
  • Notice Period (if any) should be less than a month
  • No medical history of the following - HIV and AIDS screening, Pulmonary tuberculosis, Leprosy, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C
  • family Background- are there financial commitments, dependency for taking care of any family member etc.,
  • reasons to move countries
  • No of job switches in the past and the frequency of it.
  • Attested degree certificates from the ministry of foreign affairs.
