Job Description:
Handling total plant operation , supply chain & plant admin independently, Shop administration,
Planning and execution of operation, planning preventive maintenance, on-line quality maintain
and development , man management , shop floor control , procurement and negotiation , spare
development , fulfilling Govt approvals and certificates, taking care of health and safety of
employees
Co-ordination with sales, logistics and marketing, taking lead role in case of a problem in process, safety
engineering, in process troubleshooting, process standardization and up gradation, Preparing SOPs, manuals &
work instructions for total operations. Training of subordinates and assistants - process, 5S etc. Responsible for
designing Standard operating process/standardized work instruction for present and new process/equipment. To
ensure optimum machine and man power utilization to achieve maximum output. Managing productionplanning,
procedures to facilitate smooth operations reduce scraps / idle time, enhance productivity, in time delivery.
Managing a team of workmen and guiding them to address and resolve performance bottlenecks along with
imparting in house training.

Maintain IR and plant administration, Implementation of Lean and 5S in the shop floor, taking care of health
and safety of employees. Co-ordination with Engineering, Process Control taking lead role in case of a problem
in process, safety engineering, In process troubleshooting, process standardization. Coordinating /review with
‘engineers ' for hourly production targets. To ensure optimum machine utilization and increase the OEE

Managing marketing line up even for new product to new customers and clients meet the clients, preparing and
delivering presentations and demos. Managing to establish products with technical and commercialknowhow.
Co-ordination with different GOVT sectors for approvals and renewals of certificates such as Pollution Control
Board, Fire & Emergency Services, Directorate of Factories, GST & Customs, Deputy Labour Commission, NSIC,
ESIC, Legal Metrology etc.
