  • Manage process Training for Collection Vertical
  • Co-ordinate with RBI /IIBF for DRA certification for entire
  • Debt Management Service (DMS) vertical
  • Collaborate with compliance team for adherence to RBI compliance for DMS vertical
  • Program-manage Code of Conduct (COC) and other compliance related training for DMS vertical
  • Manage learning platform – LMS for conducting training
  • Desirable to have project management experience
  • Should have experience of managing LMS /LXP at administrator level and must have managed both internal and external stakeholders
