- Manage process Training for Collection Vertical
- Co-ordinate with RBI /IIBF for DRA certification for entire
- Debt Management Service (DMS) vertical
- Collaborate with compliance team for adherence to RBI compliance for DMS vertical
- Program-manage Code of Conduct (COC) and other compliance related training for DMS vertical
- Manage learning platform – LMS for conducting training
- Desirable to have project management experience
- Should have experience of managing LMS /LXP at administrator level and must have managed both internal and external stakeholders
