Job Description:
JD for QC Engineer candidate.
Education : Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engg
Experience : 2-3 Years in quality for CNC machined components
Knowledge : Should have handled Quality instruments at least Profile projector. We can train them for Contour & CMM
Computer : MS Excel, Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Engineering drawings
Other skills : Good communication skills & mathematic calculations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Should be able to handle Quality measuring instruments like Digital Height gauge, Profile Projector, Surface test machine etc.
- Should be able to make Quality insoection reports
- Knowledge of GD&T
- Should be able to understand Emgineering drawings and symbolic respresentation
- Should be aware of Quality Management System
- Awareness about AS91000D process and documentation
- Should have worked in CNC projects and component inspection as per design
- Decision making and problem solving skills
- Must have used problem solving quality tools like 5 Why, 4M, 8D etc.
- knowledge of selecting measuring instruments based on dimensional tolerances.
- Knowlege of using different type attribute gauges like Thread Gauge, Plug Gauge, Snap gauges etc.
