Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and strategies for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing content marketing plans, managing social media accounts, and analyzing campaign data to optimize performance. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator, with a deep understanding of digital marketing and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and search engine marketing
  • Create and implement content marketing plans, including blog posts, infographics, and white papers
  • Write and edit high-quality content, including website copy, blog posts, and social media content
  • Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts and analyzing metrics to optimize performance
  • Analyze campaign data and create reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute cross-functional marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in digital marketing and content creation
  • Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media partners and influencers
  • Manage and optimize paid search and social media advertising campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to write for a variety of audiences and formats
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Hootsuite
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices and strategies
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and paid search campaigns
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate new and innovative ideas
