Project Executive - Interior Design

Job Description:

Job Summary: The Interior Design Project Manager will be responsible for managing interior design projects, from the initial client consultation to project completion. The successful candidate will work closely with the design team, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting clients' needs, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project is on schedule and within budget
• Conduct initial client consultation to determine project scope, goals, and timeline
• Vendor and Contractor Management - Maintaining purchase costs in Excel.
• Ability to understand Interior designing drawings
• Manage and coordinate project-related communication between all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plan and identify and address any issues that may arise
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in interior design project management
• Good knowledge of BOQ and BOM
