Job Description of Line Engineer Line Engineer Factory Manager Maintenance Bagnan Minimum Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSSC 22000 system implementation Knowledge of FSMS B-Tech, Diploma (Electrical/Maintenance 5 – 7 Years in Engineer in Food Industry ? Conduct process mechanical design by developing process flow diagrams and process & instrument diagrams (P&IDs) ? Create specifications for process equipment procurement and installation. ? Design and installation of control system interlocking. ? Electrical Switchgear and control panels troubleshooting. ? Complete basic piping system design, pump sizing, mass & energy balances, functional & installation specifications, as well as process and instrumentation & control principles. ? Handle all kind of break-down ? Maintaining all required records for RMPM/Spares ? Achieve all Quality parameter ? GMP & GHK Implementation in packaging area ? Following system and safety requirement ? Training team Minimum 5 years experience in Beverage Industry Good interpersonal skills Problem Solving skills
