? Cooked product to right temperature Loading and unloading
oven Food safety awareness.
? Controlling temperatures and heights of product
ITI
Min 5 -7 Years Experience
? To maintain Proper temperature profile
? Moister, color, surface , gauge of finished product as per
standard
? Proper burner tuning/ maintenance for complete combustion
& no black smoke through chimney
? Less wastage (oven drop)
? To sustain quality production continuous liaisoning with
fellow cutter man, mixing man, packing
? operator, supervisor.
? Proper maintain of work station hygiene along with personal
hygiene
